We had some issues with our storm water pipes. Booked with Ben, who explained everything and went through all costs over the phone. He arrived perfectly on time! throughout the job he explained everything he was doing and showed me what he could. The camera was put down the pipe to see where the issues were and then explained the options on repairs. Ben was very professional even my dog loved him! I would highly recommend contacting them if u need any work done 24/7!

We got Ben out to solve our water pressure issue. He was fantastic at explaining everything, ran a heap of tests to do a process of elimination and sure enough found the issue to be the water meter. Ben handled all of the communications with SA Water and got our water meter replaced. Problem solved!

Ben came out today to look at my hot water system and was very friendly and professional. He arrived at the time we had arranged, he was very thorough and explained everything as he was going. I have used Ben multiple times for both residential and commercial properties. What I like about Ben is that he is always professional, prompt and and has great attention to detail. Ben was able to fix an emergency blocked drain on a late night on a weekend. I was worried that the shop would have to close the next day but Ben was able to fix the issue and we were ready for customers the next day. Without Ben’s prompt response, I’m sure the shop would have lost business. Thanks Ben!

He was able to help us out in a real spot of bother as our ensuite bathroom Taps fell off at night time and he came out straight away and installed new taps and had us back and running with brand new taps.
